Honestly, my 'deconstructed denim' experiment last Tuesday went hilariously wrong

I tried to distress a pair of jeans with a rotary tool and ended up with a giant, perfectly circular hole right on the back pocket, which my buddy called 'the world's worst glory hole'. Anyone have a clever way to salvage this, or should I just bin them?

Been there. Slap a funky patch over it, maybe some cool fabric from an old band tee. Turns a disaster into a feature.
