Picked a 12 inch fringe trim over a clean hem for my sister's wedding dress redo in Tacoma
My sister asked me to redo the hem on her wedding dress from 2019 and I was stuck between a clean satin finish or a 12 inch fringe trim I saw at the fabric shop in Tacoma. I went with the fringe and it actually looked great on the dance floor, though her mom kept calling it a "car wash skirt" all night. Has anyone else gambled on a bold trim for a formal dress and had it go sideways?
