Bought a shirt online last year that said 11 inch sleeve length and it fit me weird too. What worked for me was just going to a tailor and having them shorten the sleeves about 2 inches. Cost me like 15 bucks and now it fits perfect. Way easier than trying to find a brand that cuts them shorter. If you like everything else about the shirt its worth doing instead of hunting for a new one.
