Just realized my lender's fee sheet listed $4,200 in closing costs I could actually shop for, and nobody told me
I read the fine print on my Loan Estimate after a coworker in Austin said she saved $900 on title insurance by calling around, so now I'm asking my realtor which of these line items I'm allowed to price out myself before we sign anything next Friday, and has anyone else pushed back on these fees this late in the process?
