My inspection found mold, agent said skip it, I paid $300 for a specialist anyway

House in Columbus had a small spot in the basement, my agent said it was nothing and every buyer waives that. I hired a mold guy anyway, turned out it was behind the drywall, $4k to fix and the seller covered it. Who else has gone against their agent's advice and come out ahead?
