Realtor told me to write a letter to the seller, and it somehow beat a $15k higher offer in Boise
We lost 4 houses in a row and were about to give up until our agent said to write a personal letter with our offer. The sellers picked us because our letter mentioned we wanted a yard for our dog, and they had just lost theirs. Has anyone else tried this, or did we just get weirdly lucky?
