Spent $400 on a sewer scope before closing in Columbus and it may have saved me huge
I always thought a $400 sewer scope was just asking for trouble, but my realtor pushed me to get one on a 1950s ranch in Columbus. Turns out the clay line had a big root break about 20 feet out, and the seller cut $6,500 off the price to fix it. Now I tell every first timer I meet, do the scope, it pays for itself. Did any of you skip it and end up paying for a dig later?
