A buyer asked for a full brand package for $15 and then threatened my reviews

I've been on Fiverr for about 2 years now. Last month this guy messages me at 11pm asking for a logo, business cards, and a full social media kit. I quoted him $250 which is already low. He comes back with "another seller does it for $15" and sends a screenshot of some gig with zero reviews. I said go for it then. He actually paid the $15 to that seller, got a mess, and then came back to me asking to fix it for free because I was "unreasonable" first. I said no and he left me a 1 star review saying I'm a scammer. Support won't remove it. Has anyone else had this kind of hostage situation over reviews?

Did you fight the review with Fiverr support, or did you just let it slide after they said no? Seems like these threats get thrown around way too easy and support just shrugs.

Did you ask them for a copy of his original messages where he threatened you, or did support just say no without even looking?
