Booked a Fiverr gig for logo design and the guy sent me a clipart image from a 2005 Word doc

I was sitting in my car during my break at 3 AM and opened the delivery file to find a stretched dolphin clipart with my business name in Comic Sans, so I spent the next 30 minutes typing up a refund request while wondering if this is what I get for only paying $35.

Like was it jumping through a hoop or holding a beach ball? I need to know because if it was just sitting there blankly staring at me that would honestly make it even worse. Also did you check if the guy had any other gigs or was his whole profile just random clipart bundles from 2008?

Ngl I used to think "lol just get a better designer" but honestly this whole thing changed my mind. If the dolphin was just floating there like a deflated pool toy with dead eyes, that's way worse than if it was at least trying to do something stupid like hold a sign. The fact that you even have to ask if it was jumping through a hoop means the guy probably just stretched some random dolphin clipart and called it a day. I bet his whole portfolio was like "cute animal vector pack 2007" and he never updated it.
