I stopped bidding low on Fiverr and started charging double my usual rate
For about 6 months I was stuck getting $10 logo design gigs on Fiverr and wondering why I was so busy but broke. Then a guy in this group mentioned he stopped accepting any job under $50 and his income actually went up. I tried it last month, raised my rate to $75 for a basic logo, and I only got 3 orders instead of 15 but made more money overall. The weird thing is those 3 clients treated me better and didn't ask for endless revisions. Has anyone else tried raising prices on Fiverr and seen the same thing happen?

Man, I went through the exact same thing. Started charging $60 for logo work and got half the orders but way better clients. Its wild how raising prices actually makes people respect you more.

Yeah, it is wild. I remember being so nervous jumping from $50 to $75 for a basic logo and thinking I'd lose everyone. But the clients who stuck around actually listened to my advice instead of fighting me on every little thing. One guy even said he picked me because he figured anyone that cheap must not value their own time. It's like you're training people how to treat you, you know?
