The $75 price tag is the trap with Fiverr logo gigs, not Fiverr itself. Those cheap gigs pull in sellers from all over who just crank out template work, so you often get something that looks like ten other brands. Upwork isn't magically better though, since the same lowball crowd hangs out there too, so the real move is checking the seller's past work before you pay anyone.
