LVP jobs went from 2 days to 1 on the same 800 sq ft layout and I know why
Two years ago an 800 square foot plank job in a Denver basement took me and a helper two full days with glue down and a ton of pattern fighting at every doorway. Now the same size job wraps in one day because the click systems got better and I stopped trying to force planks square to the wall instead of squaring to the longest sightline. Anyone else notice the planks themselves got more forgiving, or is it just that I finally learned to slow down on the first three rows?

Acclimating the planks overnight in the room made the biggest difference for me.
