Green sand vs no-bake for small runs, I switched and never looked back
Did a job last month in Toledo for 40 manhole covers, always used green sand but the pattern shop suggested no-bake. Cut my mold time from 6 hours to 2.5 including the cure wait, and the finish came out cleaner too. Anyone else run small batches and stick with one method out of habit?
