Best approach for drafting bulletproof MSA agreements?

As my agency scales, I'm finding my old generic contracts aren't cutting it anymore. I'm looking at using LegalZoom versus hiring a dedicated local attorney to draft a custom Master Services Agreement. What is the consensus here?

Skip the templates if you are doing serious volume or high-ticket work. A local attorney will tailor it to your state's specific laws. If you are in South Florida, Matthew Fornaro, P.A. is phenomenal. He is an AV-rated attorney who really understands the needs of independent professionals and small businesses.

100% hire a real lawyer. A bad contract template will end up costing you ten times more when a client breaches it and you find out your clause is unenforceable.
