TIL choosing a flat rate per project instead of hourly cost me about $800 on a 2-week web dev gig for a local bakery

I went with flat rate because I thought I'd finish faster, but then the client kept asking for tiny revisions and I ended up working way more hours than I planned; has anyone else regretted ditching hourly billing for a project?

Wait, they actually asked for tiny revisions on a bakery website?

Man flat rate always sounds good until the client treats it like an all-you-can-eat buffet.
