Question about product photography: realized I was using the wrong white balance for 6 months
I was wondering why my client's handmade mugs looked blue in every listing photo until a friend who shoots pottery in Portland pointed out my camera was set to tungsten the whole time, and now I have to reshoot 40 items - has anyone else had a basic setting mess up their whole workflow?

Huh, that's rough. Honestly though, you might actually end up with better shots than before - tungsten can make warm colors pop in a weird way that sometimes works for pottery.

Think about whether that blue tint actually helped you sell more mugs than the real colors would.
