Overheard a lawyer at the coffee shop say 'clients dont know what they need' and it clicked
He was talking about how people always ask for a nondisclosure when they really need a vendor agreement. Has anyone else noticed that clients ask for the wrong thing all the time?

Starting small worked for @scott.alex - just asked one clarifying question at a time.
