Honestly that sounds like a recipe for back pain and a sunburn on your laptop screen. A proper desk and chair are basic tools, not just fancy stuff. Maybe a picnic table works once as a fun change, but doing your best work there every day seems unlikely. Even @hunt.jennifer might admit that after a week of it, you'd miss having a real monitor and a place to plug things in. The whole idea makes it harder to focus for most people, idk.
