Honestly, everyone says to use Upwork but I found a local job board in my city that got me way better gigs last quarter.

Wait, local job boards actually work for that kind of thing? Always figured they were just for retail and restaurant jobs. Might have to check my own city's board now.

Nah @the_hayden, they're mostly a waste of time lol. You'll just find the same old listings that are everywhere else.

Oh man, @thompson.julia is totally right about seeing the same stuff everywhere. But I gotta ask, what kind of jobs are you even looking for on there, Hayden? Because that makes a huge difference. Some of those smaller city boards get weirdly specific postings from local companies that never make it to the big sites. It's hit or miss for sure, but sometimes you hit.
