Honestly, I used to think networking events were a total waste of time until I met a guy at a coffee shop in Austin who showed me his project calendar.

Tbh, seeing his simple color-coded system for tracking pitches, active work, and payments on a free app convinced me to finally organize my own chaotic schedule, so what's your go-to method for keeping track of everything?

Always thought paper planners were pointless clutter. Then my wife made me try a bullet journal. Hated it at first. Now I can't function without my little dotted notebook and a pack of colored pens. It forces me to slow down and actually plan my week instead of just reacting to emails. The physical act of writing makes it stick in my brain better than any app.

My wife tried the same thing with me, but I found a basic legal pad works better for my brain than all the dots and colors.

Totally get what @evan_campbell9 means about paper. I use a whiteboard for the big stuff, it's just always there staring at me. Apps feel like more work to update honestly.
