My rate sheet looked like a mess for two years straight

I kept my old one page list of services and prices from 2022, and just last month I redid it with clear packages and a simple table. The change happened after a potential client in Portland told me my pricing was confusing and they went with someone else. Has anyone else had a client give you that kind of direct feedback that finally made you fix something?
