That coffee shop on Elm Street where I lost a $2,000 deal over bad wifi
I was camped at Brew & Bean two years ago pitching a big website project over Zoom when the connection dropped three times, and after that I bought a mobile hotspot and never trusted public wifi for client calls again, has anyone else had a public wifi disaster cost them real money?

Holy crap, wait. You're telling me your mobile hotspot actually worked in a pinch like that? I always thought those things were a total scam, like they'd throttle you to dial-up speeds after you used 2 MB. Did you have to pay extra for that feature or was it just part of your regular plan? Because I've been scared to even try mine, thinking it'd drain my entire monthly data in like 10 minutes.
