Wasted $150 on a project management tool I barely used

Signed up for Asana's premium plan thinking it would fix all my chaos, but I just went back to a simple notebook after 3 months. Anyone else fall for the hype and ditch expensive software for something basic?

I mean, that 'avoid just doing the work' thing from @abbyf79 is harsh but kinda true - so what was the actual breaking point that made you switch back to a notebook instead of sticking with Asana?
