Honestly, my project completion rate jumped from 60% to 90% in a year after I started blocking off 'admin days'.
I used to try and squeeze invoicing and proposals between client work, and everything slipped. Now every other Friday is just for the business side, and it's a total game changer. Anyone else find a simple schedule tweak that fixed a major pain point?

That "squeeze it in" method is exactly why my personal life admin used to be a mess. Same principle, I started doing a "life admin" hour on Sunday nights. Just bills, appointments, cleaning schedules. It's wild how much mental space it frees up the rest of the week. Turns out trying to do that stuff on the fly just means it never gets done right.

My buddy Mark tried the Sunday admin hour for a month. He said the dread of that blocked time made his whole weekend feel shorter. He switched to Tuesday nights and it just feels like another boring chore, not a weekend killer.
