Had a total meltdown at a WeWork in Austin because the noise was unreal
Honestly, it was so loud I couldn't even hear my own client call, and my boss straight up asked if I was at a concert. Has anyone found a good quiet spot there, or should I just give up on that place?

Know that feeling too well, but it's actually not a WeWork in Austin. That building is a Common Desk location now, they took over the space last fall. The noise problem got way worse after the switch, they packed in way more hot desks. You could try the phone booths if you can grab one, but honestly I'd just find a different spot. The library on 5th street is quieter and it's free.

Notice this happening everywhere now. They keep cramming more people into shared spaces to make more money, and the basic need for quiet just gets ignored. It's why I stopped trusting these flexible office setups.
