I finally ditched my co-working membership after one guy ate chips on mic during a Zoom call in Denver

He sat right next to me, crunched Doritos into his headset for 20 minutes while his client on screen clearly heard every bite, and nobody at the front desk did a thing about it has anyone else bailed on a shared space because of one person's noise?

One guy eating chips during a call seems like a pretty minor reason to completely change your work routine, but your mileage may vary I guess.

I used to think people were overreacting to stuff like this too... but then I had a coworker who crunched ice constantly on every single call. It completely threw off my focus and I ended up muting the whole meeting just to get through it. Now I get why little sounds like that build up over time and force you to change things.
