TIL I've been sitting on my wallet this whole time while working

Was having coffee with a friend who does ergonomic consulting last week at a Starbucks in Portland. She watched me sit down and pull out my wallet from my back pocket and was like 'you know that throws your whole spine off right?' I've been doing that for 7 years of freelancing and never thought about it. Now I keep it in my bag, has anyone else ignored a tiny habit that was wrecking your posture?
