My neighbor in the Oak Street co-op told me my lamp was ruining my video calls and it was $12 fix
So I've been doing client calls from my desk in the shared space for months and getting comments about shadows on my face. This one guy, Tom from unit 4, finally said my desk lamp was pointing at the wall instead of at me. I switched it to bounce off the ceiling and now I look way less like a ghost. Has anyone else had a tiny lighting change make that big a difference?

Seems like a lot of trouble just so people can see your face better on a computer screen.

Oh man, this reminds me of the time my brother built a treehouse just so he could have a better view of the neighbor's satellite dish.
