Chose a dedicated coworking spot over my home office for three months and my back actually stopped hurting

I was bouncing between the couch and my kitchen table for two years thinking I was saving cash, but after paying $150 a month for a proper desk I'm getting way more done without that nagging ache. Has anyone else found that spending a bit more on your actual setup makes a bigger difference than any app or tool?

My wallet cries but my spine finally forgives me.

Yeah tell me what mattress did you go with? I've been researching hybrids for months and still can't pull the trigger on one.

Why would you spend money on a coworking space when you could just get a $30 posture brace and a used office chair off Facebook marketplace? @emma_jones I've been using the same beat up dining table chair for years and my back is fine as long as I stretch every hour. Honestly, most people's back pain comes from sitting still too long, not from the surface itself.
