Shoutout to that rainy Tuesday at the Starbucks on Main Street
I had a brutal morning trying to invoice four different clients from my kitchen table. My laptop kept losing signal and I was using three separate tabs to track payments. Around noon I packed up and camped at the Starbucks on Main Street, mostly to get out of my own head. Two hours of steady wifi and zero laundry distractions later, I had everything sent out and reconciled. Has anyone else found that just moving to a different spot solves more than any app ever could?

Funny, I’ve never found that switching spots fixes much for me. The wifi at my place is fine, but the real issue is I just keep opening tabs and messing around on my phone anywhere I go. Moving to a coffee shop usually just trades laundry distractions for people watching and a $6 drink.
