Moved my freelance business to Lisbon and the tax thing is not what you think

I keep seeing people say you need to be in Portugal for 183 days to be a tax resident, but that's just one part of it. My accountant here told me if you have a rental lease and your 'center of vital interests' is here, they can claim you're a resident way sooner, which happened to a friend after just 4 months. Anyone else run into this and have a good way to show you're not settled yet?
