Delivered 30 Ikea cabinets yesterday but the customer blamed me for missing hinges

Delivered 30 Ikea cabinets yesterday but the customer blamed me for missing hinges. I was in a cramped condo near Queen West at 10pm assembling their whole kitchen. Turns out the store forgot to pack 16 hinges and the customer screamed at me like I built the boxes myself. How do you guys handle clients blaming you for supplier mistakes?

10pm?! In a cramped condo no less. They had you assembling an entire kitchen at 10 o'clock at night? That's brutal, I'd have lost it on the spot.
