My disappearing sock saga ended when I found the dryer manual.

Yeah that hidden compartment thing got me too lol. Check the lint filter area, socks love to get wedged in there behind the drawer.

Oh man, the lint filter is like a black hole for socks. I swear I've lost more socks there than in the actual wash.
