I swore by fast trims until a regular client called me out

I used to cut corners to finish trims quickly. One day, a longtime client pointed out missed ends. I felt embarrassed but fixed it right away. Now I give each trim the full attention it needs. It takes a bit longer, but the results are way better.

It paints such a clear picture of pure, quiet disappointment. Now I'm just imagining someone sitting there with perfect hair while you slowly melt into your chair. That kind of silent judgment is honestly worse than them yelling.
