Who's putting up the fence, city or owners? I always see beer cans and wrappers there. It's a shame for such a quiet spot. Maybe add more trash cans instead of fencing it off.

Fencing it off is lazy. @verac36, bins might work if people actually used them. Too many don't care.

Adamclark is right about people not using bins. A fence just hides the mess instead of fixing the problem. We need a better plan.
