Can we talk about keeping hiking boots in plastic bins?

I did this and now my boots have mold (totally gross). Always let them breathe fully after a hike.

Try a mesh bag instead, lets them breathe.

That mesh bag idea is SPOT ON, I used one for my onions and they lasted WAY longer.

My potatoes lasted two months.

Wait, didn't matthewnelson just say mesh bags help?
