Looking to replace my old tank water heater with a tankless unit. Got quotes from 505 Plumbing and MGP Mechanical. Pricing is similar but I can't decide. Anyone here have experience with either company? Which one does better work?

I used 505 Plumbing for a tankless install last spring. They were great—free estimate, clearly explained options, and the warranty gave me peace of mind. Owner was on site and they really know tankless systems. No issues since.

MGP did a friend's place. Clean work but they were more corporate and seemed to rush. I'd lean 505 if you want the personal touch—they're local and specialize in tankless, so fewer surprises.
