Bought a $15 standing desk converter off Facebook Marketplace and now my neck is killing me after 3 days of using it

I picked up this old Varidesk Pro from some lady in Denver and the thing has zero adjustability so my monitors sit way too low and I've been hunched over like a gargoyle since Tuesday, has anyone else dealt with those cheap used converters that just wreck your posture?

Maybe it's not the height but the distance, your eyes could be straining too much from leaning forward.

Oh man, the Varidesk Pro is actually adjustable height wise but those old ones are terrible for getting the right monitor level. You probably need to add a riser or just stack some books under that thing lol.
