Found a cheap way to fix my back pain from sitting all day

I was getting killer lower back pain after 4 hours in my chair. Tried a $300 ergonomic chair but it didn't help much. Then I grabbed a $20 lumbar support cushion off Amazon and it fixed everything in 2 days. Anyone else found a simple fix that beat the expensive stuff?

Had a buddy who swore his back pain was just part of getting older, then he grabbed one of those cheap pillows for his office chair. Three weeks later he was texting me saying he could actually bend over to tie his shoes without groaning. Funny how the simplest stuff makes the biggest difference sometimes.
