Point out that rush fees vary a lot between shops too. Some places have a standard flat rate, others charge a percentage of the total job, and neither is wrong as long as you tell people upfront.

Huh, I had no idea some places do it as a percentage of the total job, that's wild! Never would have guessed shops handled it so differently.
