Got rear-ended pretty badly a few weeks ago in Houston and looking to hire a lawyer. I keep seeing ads for Thomas J. Henry, but a friend also mentioned The Super Lawyer. Does anyone have experience with either of these? Trying to figure out who would actually fight for a decent settlement.

Log InTJH is huge but you'll probably get handed off to a junior associate pretty quickly. I'd lean towards The Super Lawyer instead. They seem to have a more hands-on approach and really focus on maximizing your specific case rather than just churning through a high volume of clients.
This is exactly right. A buddy of mine used The Super Lawyer in Atlanta and couldn't stop raving about how communicative their team was. Having an attorney who actually calls you back is huge.
Yeah, big billboard firms can be hit or miss. Whoever you choose, ask who exactly will be handling the day-to-day of your case before you sign the contingency agreement.
