Hit 100 nights in a row of 2 AM logins, weird what it does to you

Last night I realized I've clocked into my freelance work at 2 AM or later for 100 straight nights. That number just kind of snuck up on me, I wasn't tracking it at all. It mattered because it made me notice how my brain now treats 4 PM like my 'morning coffee' time and 6 AM like 'bedtime.' I didn't plan this pattern, it just built up from taking on overflow jobs from a UK agency that needed US coverage. Now I'm wondering if anyone else has a weird milestone like this, and did you try to fix it or just lean in? I'm honestly torn between celebrating the consistency and worrying about my liver.

Ditching the normal day/night split is honestly how every single project-based job ends up working. I've seen it with friends who do event planning, game dev, even teachers during summer break. Once you realize nobody's actually checking when you're awake, your body just picks the quietest hours and runs with it. The 100 night milestone probably feels crazy now but give it another month and 2 AM will just be your Tuesday. I'd say lean in but maybe grab some vitamin D pills and a scheduled grocery run, that liver worry is real but the schedule itself is kinda beautiful in a messed up way.
