Wait did you actually sign a contract with those mistakes in it before your friend looked at it? lol Because if you used that template for anything real without getting it checked first that could've been a problem. I've seen people get burned by stuff like missing cancellation clauses or not having a clear dispute resolution line. Glad you caught them before things got messy though.

Three missed renewal dates and two different spellings of my own company name in that template. I was this close to signing it too, even bragged to my friend about how professional it looked. She caught the errors in about thirty seconds flat and gave me this look like I'd tried to pay for groceries with Monopoly money. Now I triple check everything like some paranoid office drone, but at least I haven't accidentally sold my soul to a landlord yet. You ever find a mistake that made you facepalm so hard you almost gave yourself a concussion?
