I'm a solo practitioner and my call volume is getting out of hand. I've tried a couple of generic answering services but they don't seem to understand legal intake at all. Anyone have a recommendation for a service that specializes in law firms?

Check out Alert Communications. They only work with law firms and their intake specialists are trained on legal terminology. Made a huge difference for my practice.
Seconding Alert. We switched to them last year and our conversion rate on after-hours calls went way up. They actually sound like they know what they're doing when a potential client calls.
