Isn't it funny how so many "better" options add a little friction? You're right, @lopez.faith, the effort to return packaging is a real speed bump. I see this everywhere now, like choosing a streaming service over buying a DVD, or even using a reusable bag at the store. The greener or smarter choice often asks for a tiny bit more from us up front. Brands betting on reusable stuff are really betting that their customers care enough to do that extra step. It's a tough spot, because the easier choice almost always wins.

Ugh, my friend signed up for that fancy milk delivery with the glass bottles you return. She loved it until she had a pile of empties staring at her every morning. She switched back to plastic jugs because, and I quote, "my will to save the planet ends at my dishwasher.
