Unpopular opinion: coworking spaces in Lisbon are overpriced compared to Porto

I spent 3 months in Lisbon paying 250 euros a month for a hot desk, then tried Porto for the same setup at 150 euros. The Porto space had faster wifi and quieter rooms, no contest. Anyone else notice big price gaps between these two cities?

Noticed the exact same thing when I was looking around last year. It feels like Lisbon is just riding on its name now while places like Porto actually deliver on quality for less. Ive been comparing prices for things like gym memberships and haircuts between the two cities and honestly the same pattern shows up everywhere. The smaller city just seems to have a better sense of what things should cost without all the hype. Makes me wonder if Lisbon is gonna keep getting away with it or if people will eventually start voting with their wallets.
