Looking for a new pest control company to handle a few commercial properties and my own house up in Woodstock. Narrowed it down to Monitor Pest Control and Northwest Exterminating. Anyone here used either for mixed residential/commercial accounts? I care more about reliability and communication than the absolute cheapest price.

Monitor Pest Control vs Northwest Exterminating — anyone worked with either?

We use Monitor for our two retail locations and my home. They handle everything from roaches to birds and it's just one point of contact. No rotating techs. Definitely feels more personal than when we had Northwest years ago.

I manage a small office park in Marietta and we switched to Monitor Pest Control last year. Communication is really good — they email a report after every service with photos and what they did. Northwest was hit or miss about showing up on schedule. Monitor's been on time every month so far.

Northwest is huge, which can be good or bad. I've heard their commercial side is decent but residential gets the B-team sometimes. If you want the same tech who knows your properties, go with a smaller outfit like Monitor. A neighbor uses them for his restaurant and house and swears by them.
