The difference between those fancy foam rigs and my old B&G sprayer is like night and day after running 200 accounts last season

I swapped to a foaming unit six months ago after a termite job in a crawl space where my old setup just couldn't get the gaps, and now I'm finishing treatments in half the time but still getting calls about stains on hardwood floors - has anyone else found that foam helps reach those tight spots but creates a whole new set of cleanup headaches?

Oh man, you hit the nail on the head there. Foam is great for getting into those tight corners and gaps where liquid just runs right past, but the overspray and drips are a whole different beast. I started keeping a pump sprayer with just water to rinse down any spots I hit by accident before they dry, that helped a lot. Also switched to a surfactant that's a little less sticky so it doesn't leave that residue on hard surfaces. You're not wrong though, it's like trading one headache for another sometimes.

Spent a whole afternoon last week cleaning off foam drips from a customers driveway because I got too trigger happy with the sprayer. Looked like a Jackson Pollock painting out there but not the good kind. The water trick is solid though, I started keeping a spray bottle with vinegar water mix for those oops moments. Still feels like half the battle is just chasing your own mess around.
