Found out my free Trello board has a 300MB file limit the hard way
I tried uploading a 400MB video file for a client review session on Tuesday and it just sat there spinning for 10 minutes. Turns out the free plan cuts you off at 300MB per attachment, which I only found in a buried help article. Anyone else hit a weird limit in a free tool that forced you to upgrade or find a workaround?

Honestly this exact thing happened to me last month and I was so mad. I was trying to share a big training video with my team and it just sat there loading for what felt like forever before giving me some vague error message. I finally dug through their help pages and found the 300MB limit buried in some random article about best practices or whatever. Ngl it kind of forced me to just start using Google Drive for big files and linking them in the Trello cards instead. Tbh I get they gotta make money but hiding limits like that feels kinda shady to me.

Oh man, I used to be on the other side of this argument honestly. I thought people were just being dramatic about file limits until I tried uploading a 400MB project file and got the same runaround. That buried limit stuff really does change your mind when you're the one stuck with it.

Ngl michael803, the limit is actually 10MB per attachment on free Trello, not 300.
