The free trial of ClickUp I started last Tuesday made our team slower, not faster.
We added 47 tasks in two days but spent three hours just figuring out how to set up dependencies for a simple product launch in Seattle. Has anyone else had a tool actually hurt your workflow instead of helping it?

Stick with it, setting up dependencies is a pain but once you get it the workflow actually clicks.

Heard someone say ClickUp is basically a part-time job until you've got it dialed in, lol. The setup time can definitely feel like a net loss at first.
